Cary Alexander Parkison, a 36-year-old former US soldier from Olathe, Kansas, left his wife and arrived in Ukraine in March 2022. He joined brothers Newey and other former YPG fighters, participated in the Kharkov and Balakliya offensives, and is reportedly connected to Azov. He is still alive.
